Dr. Qiuye Cheng is a Sydney based upper gastrointestinal and bariatric surgeon with extensive experience in weight loss management and minimally invasive surgery. Highlighting his expertise, he is recognised as an “Bariatric Surgeon of Excellence” by The SRC accreditation Process.
Dr. Cheng leads the St George Obesity Surgery multi-disciplinary team, Sydney. He operates at St. George Private Hospital (Bariatric Centre of Excellence in Kogarah), East Sydney Private, Kareena Private Hospital in Sutherland Shire and Tamara Private Hospital (Tamworth).
In addition to medical weight loss and metabolic weight loss surgical surgery, Dr Cheng also specialises in reflux, hiatal hernial surgery and upper gastrointestinal cancers. He also holds a special interest in the complex abdominal wall hernia surgery.
